#### 63 Fees and charges not to be charges on land 63 Fees and charges not to be charges on land > On and after the transfer under Part 3 of the business undertaking of the Water Board to the Corporation, no fees or charges imposed by the Corporation are to be a charge on the land to which they relate, unless expressly provided for by this Act.
