> The jurisdiction of the Civil and Administrative Tribunal as conferred under Part 6A of the [Fair Trading Act 1987](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1987-068) extends to the hearing and determination of a consumer claim (within the meaning of that Part) relating to a service supplied by the Corporation under a customer contract.
