#### 35 Corporation to enter into memoranda of understanding 35 Corporation to enter into memoranda of understanding > > (1) The Corporation is to enter into a separate memorandum of understanding with each of the regulatory agencies. > > > (2) Subject to section 36, the Corporation is to enter into the memoranda of understanding as soon as practicable after it is granted an operating licence. > > > (3) If the Corporation and a regulatory agency are not able to agree on a term of a memorandum of understanding, the view of the regulatory agency is to prevail.
