(1) The trustees of the Fund are hereby authorised to appoint the University of Sydney sole trustee of the Fund.
(2)
(a) Such appointment may be made under and in accordance with the Trustee Act 1925, as amended by subsequent Acts.
(b) By such appointment the trustees shall be discharged from the trust.
(c) Subject to paragraph (b) of this subsection the provisions of the Trustee Act 1925 as amended by subsequent Acts shall apply to and in respect of such appointment.
