12 Mooring, fishing and swimming

(1) A person must not do any of the following—

(a) launch a vessel from the Opera House premises,

(b) moor a vessel to the Opera House premises,

(c) fish from the Opera House premises,

(d) swim to the Opera House premises and enter the premises from the water,

(e) enter the water from the Opera House premises.

Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.

(2) Subclause (1)(a), (b), (d) and (e) do not apply to conduct undertaken because of an emergency.
