9 Application of Government Sector Employment Act 2013
(1) The provisions of the Government Sector Employment Act 2013 relating to the employment of Public Service employees do not apply to a trustee.
(2) The office of a trustee is, for the purposes of the Constitution Act 1902, or any Act amending or replacing that Act, taken not to be an office or place of profit under the Crown.
