#### 15 Common seal 15 Common seal > > (1) The common seal of the Trust shall be kept in the custody of the Chairperson or such other trustee as the Trust may determine, and shall not be affixed to any instrument or writing except upon resolution of the Trust. > > > (2) Every instrument to which the common seal is affixed shall be signed by two trustees and such other member of staff of the Trust as the Trust may appoint. > > > (3) All courts, judges and persons acting judicially shall take judicial notice of the common seal of the Trust, and shall presume that it was duly affixed. > > **s 15:** Am 1989 No 132, Sch 2; 2004 No 49, Sch 2 \[3\].
