#### 12 Delegation to committees, and other persons 12 Delegation to committees, and other persons > > (1) The Trust may establish such committees as it thinks fit for the purpose of assisting it to carry out its objects and functions under this Act. > > > (2) A person may be appointed to any such committee whether or not the person is a member of the Trust. > > > (3) Any such committee may exercise such of the Trust’s powers, authorities, duties and functions as may be delegated to it by the Trust. > > > (4) Any member of staff of the Trust may exercise such of the Trust’s powers, authorities, duties and functions as may be delegated to the member of staff by the Trust. > > > (5) Notwithstanding any delegation made under this section, the Trust may continue to exercise and discharge any of the powers, authorities, duties and functions so delegated. > > > (6) The Trust may at any time revoke any such delegation, either wholly or in part. > > **s 12:** Am 2004 No 49, Sch 2 \[1\] \[2\].
