28 Appointment of authorised persons

(1) The Authority may, by instrument in writing, appoint a person as an authorised person for the purposes of this Regulation.

(2) An appointment may be—

(a) subject to conditions specified in the instrument of appointment, and

(b) varied or revoked at any time.
