#### 72 Personal liability 72 Personal liability > A matter or thing done or omitted to be done by the Authority, the Board, a member of the Board, a member of a committee of the Board, the Chief Executive or a person acting under the direction of the Authority, the Board or the Chief Executive does not, if the matter or thing was done or omitted to be done in good faith for the purpose of executing this or any other Act, subject a member of the Board, a member of the committee of the Board, the Chief Executive or the person so acting personally to any action, liability, claim or demand. > > **s 72:** Am 2009 No 96, Sch 26 \[7\]; 2015 No 58, Sch 3.89 \[7\].
