#### 44 Removal of unattended motor vehicles and trailers 44 Removal of unattended motor vehicles and trailers > > (1) This section applies to an unattended motor vehicle or trailer at Sydney Olympic Park that— > > > > > (a) is standing unlawfully, or > > > > > (b) constitutes a danger to persons or property, or > > > > > (c) is causing an obstruction. > > > (2) The Authority may, at any time, direct a person authorised by the Authority to remove an unattended motor vehicle or trailer to which this section applies from Sydney Olympic Park, or from any part of Sydney Olympic Park to another part of Sydney Olympic Park, if the Authority is of the opinion that it is necessary to do so. > > > (3) Section 143 of the [Road Transport Act 2013](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2013-018) applies to motor vehicles or trailers to which this section applies in the same way as it applies to an unattended motor vehicle or trailer unlawfully standing on a prescribed place within the meaning of that section. > > > (4) In this section, motor vehicle and trailer have the same meanings as in the [Road Transport Act 2013](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2013-018). > > **s 44:** Am 2013 No 19, Sch 4.75 \[4\] \[5\].
