37A Special provisions for Hill Road upgrade
> > (1) This section applies to land shown edged heavy black on the Hill Road Upgrade Map in Schedule 5 (the Hill Road upgrade land).

> > (2) Section 31 does not apply to the Hill Road upgrade land.

> > (3) The Hill Road upgrade land ceases to be part of the Millennium Parklands if the land is sold, disposed of or compulsorily acquired.
