37A Special provisions for Hill Road upgrade
(1) This section applies to land shown edged heavy black on the Hill Road Upgrade Map in Schedule 5 (the Hill Road upgrade land).
(2) Section 31 does not apply to the Hill Road upgrade land.
(3) The Hill Road upgrade land ceases to be part of the Millennium Parklands if the land is sold, disposed of or compulsorily acquired.
(4) A plan of management does not prevent works for the purposes of upgrading Hill Road and ancillary activities being carried out on the Hill Road upgrade land.
