26 Subdivision legislation—subdivision approval by Authority
(1) The functions of a council in relation to approvals for plans of subdivision under the Conveyancing Act 1919, the Strata Schemes Development Act 2015 or the Community Land Development Act 2021 may be exercised by the Authority in the case of development carried out by the Authority.
(2) The approval of a council is not required for any plan that is approved by the Authority in the exercise of those functions.
