16 Use of certain land at Central Railway Station, Haymarket
(1) This clause applies to Lot 2, DP 1296579, Central Railway Station, 1 Eddy Avenue, Haymarket, identified as “(vi)” on the Locality and Site Identification Map.
(2) Development for the purposes of office premises is permitted without development consent if—
(a) the office premises are located on the first, second and third floors of the existing building on the land, and
(b) the gross floor area of the part of the building used as office premises is less than 9,500m2.
