61 Licences and permits

(1) A licence or permit granted under section 25 of the Sydney Harbour Federation Trust Regulations 2001 that was in force immediately before the commencement of this instrument continues in force, after that commencement, as if the licence or permit were granted under Division 2.2 of this instrument. (2) An application for a licence or permit under section 25 of the Sydney Harbour Federation Trust Regulations 2001 made before the commencement of this instrument is taken to be, after that commencement, an application for a licence or permit under section 9 of this instrument, if a decision on the application was not made before that commencement.
