36 Provision for persons with disability
A driver is covered by a disability exemption if: (a) the driver’s vehicle displays a current parking permit for persons with disability; and (b) if the permit is a mobility parking scheme authority—the driver’s vehicle is being used for: (i) the conveyance of the person with disability to whom the authority was issued; or (ii) the conveyance of a person with disability by an organisation to which the authority was issued; and (c) the driver complies with the conditions of use of the permit.
