10 Conditions of licences and permits

(1) A licence or permit granted under section 9 is subject to the conditions (if any) specified in the licence or permit document. (2) A licence or permit document must not specify conditions that would have the effect of authorising an activity mentioned in subsection 28(2). (3) A person commits an offence if: (a) a licence or permit has been granted to the person under section 9; and (b) the licence or permit is subject to a condition to be complied with by the person; and (c) the person does an act or omits to perform an act; and (d) the person’s act or omission contravenes the condition.

Penalty: 10 penalty units.

(4) Strict liability applies to subsection (3).
