#### 65D Contravention of order
(1) A person commits an offence if:
(a) the person is subject to an order given under section 65B; and
(b) the person does an act or omits to perform an act; and
(c) the person’s act or omission contravenes the terms of the order.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
(2) Strict liability applies to paragraph (1)(a).
