65C Form etc. of order
(1) An order given under section 65B must be in writing. (2) Subject to subsection (3), the order must specify a reasonable period within which the terms of the order are to be complied with. (3) An order may require immediate compliance in circumstances where there is: (a) a serious risk to public health or safety; or (b) a serious risk of pollution or environmental damage; or (c) an emergency. (4) An order given under section 65B is not a legislative instrument.
