#### 54A Minutes of meetings
(1) The Trust must keep minutes of its meetings.
(2) The reasons why the Chair called an urgent meeting under subsection 50(3) must be recorded in the minutes.
(3) The name of each person who moves or seconds a motion must be recorded in the minutes.
(4) The minutes must be made publicly available:
(a) by electronic means; and
(b) for inspection at an office of the Trust.
