51Notice of meetings

#### 51 Notice of meetings (1) Each member is entitled to receive at least: (a) 24 hours’ notice of an urgent meeting called by the Chair under subsection 50(3); and (b) 7 days’ written notice of any other meeting of the Trust. (2) The Trust must also give at least 7 days’ notice to the public of a meeting of the Trust, unless the meeting is an urgent meeting or is not open to the public.
