39 Executive Director
(1) There is to be an Executive Director of the Trust who is to be appointed by the Minister on the recommendation of the Trust. (2) A member of the Trust cannot be appointed as Executive Director. (3) The appointment of a person as Executive Director is not invalid because of a defect or irregularity in connection with the person’s appointment.
