33 Rejection of draft plan
(1) If the Minister rejects the draft plan, then the Trust must: (a) consider the Minister’s reasons; and (b) prepare a new draft plan. (2) This Part (other than section 26) applies to a new draft plan in the same way as it applies to a draft plan submitted under section 31.
