#### 6A Simplified outline of this Part This Part imposes a limit (called the maximum movement limit) on the number of aircraft movements in each hour (called a regulated hour) outside the curfew period at Sydney Airport. The Minister may determine a lower maximum movement limit for a regulated hour. To assist in managing certain disruptions to operations at Sydney Airport, the Minister may, for a strictly limited period, declare a higher maximum movement limit. Airservices Australia monitors compliance with the maximum movement limit.
