#### 69B Legal position of the Compliance Committee The \*Compliance Committee, or a member acting as such a member, is not to be taken: (a) to be the Commonwealth or a Commonwealth authority; or (b) to be established for a public purpose or for a purpose of the Commonwealth; or (c) to hold a Commonwealth office or to be a Commonwealth officer; or (d) to be a public authority or an agency or instrumentality of the Crown; (within the ordinary meaning of the expression concerned) for the purposes of a law of the Commonwealth, or of a State or Territory, unless that law, or regulations made for the purposes of this section, expressly provide otherwise.
