#### 37 Restrictions on Slot Management Scheme (1) The \*Slot Management Scheme must be consistent with the \*maximum movement limit for \*aircraft movements at Sydney Airport. > Note: For the maximum movement limit, see section 6. (2) The Scheme must not allow slots to be allocated for times during \*curfew periods. (3) The Scheme must be consistent with any requirements of the Sydney Airport Curfew Act 1995 relating to \*aircraft movements before or after \*curfew periods. (4) Except as provided in this section, this Division does not limit the matters that may be dealt with by the Scheme.
