#### 29 Aircraft may make gate movements in emergencies or if Slot Manager makes declared exemption under section 48 An aircraft may make a \*gate movement at Sydney Airport in circumstances that would otherwise result in the \*operator contravening a \*civil penalty provision if: (a) the aircraft is involved in an emergency as described in section 30; or (b) a \*declared exemption made under section 48 covers the \*gate movement; or (c) the aircraft is a state aircraft as described in section 32.
