#### 10 Runways to be used for take‑offs between 10.45 pm and 11 pm (1) An aircraft taking off from Sydney Airport between 10.45 pm and 11 pm must take off from runway 16L or runway 16R unless the take‑off is permitted under Division 2 of Part 3. (2) The operator of an aircraft commits an offence if: (a) the operator engages in conduct; and (b) the operator’s conduct results in a contravention of subsection (1). Penalty: 500 penalty units. (3) Strict liability applies to paragraph (2)(b). > Note: For strict liability, see section 6.1 of the Criminal Code.
