20 SPOC may authorise SOCOG to act on its behalf
(1) If SPOC asks SOCOG to make an entry, or include a note in an entry, in the register on SPOC’s behalf, SOCOG must make the entry or include the note in an entry, as the case may be. (2) For the purposes of sections 15 and 17, an entry made, or note included in an entry, in the register by SOCOG under subsection (1) is to be taken to have been made, or included, by SPOC.
