#### 18 Time for entering information on Register 18 Time for entering information on Register > > (1) For the purposes of section 22D (8) of the Act, if a local authority or an accredited certifier has inspected a swimming pool under Division 5 of Part 2 of the Act and is satisfied that the requirements for the issue of a certificate of compliance have been met, the information must be entered on the Register within 3 business days after the inspection. > > > (2) For the purposes of section 30A (3) of the Act, if a local authority or an accredited certifier has inspected a swimming pool under Division 5 of Part 2 of the Act and is satisfied that the requirements for the issue of a certificate of compliance have not been met, the information must be entered on the Register within 3 business days after the inspection, by providing the details to the Secretary in a form approved by the Secretary.
