(1) This clause applies to land identified as “D” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.
(2) Development for the following purposes is permitted with development consent—
(a) business premises,
(b) centre-based child care facilities,
(c) health services facilities,
(d) office premises,
(e) restaurants or cafes.
