5 Delegation by Surveyor-General

[Section 5 Amended by No. 23 of 2014, s. 6, Applied:09 Dec 2014] The Surveyor-General may delegate all or any of the Surveyor-General’s functions and powers under this Act to a State Service officer who is a registered land surveyor.
