20 Saving for non-registered surveyors
[Section 20 Amended by No. 23 of 2014, s. 16, Applied:09 Dec 2014] Nothing in this Act prevents a person who is not registered as a surveyor from practising as a surveyor, otherwise than as a land surveyor, so long as the person does not hold himself or herself out to be a registered surveyor.
