#### 7 Register of public surveys 7 Register of public surveys > > (1) The Surveyor-General must establish and maintain a register of public surveys. > > > (2) The register may contain details as to— > > > > > (a) such surveys carried out by the Surveyor-General under this Part, and > > > > > (b) such surveys for which details have been forwarded to the Surveyor-General under this Part, > > > > as the Surveyor-General considers appropriate to include in the register. > > > (3) The Surveyor-General is to ensure that the register is made available to the public, subject to such charges as may be prescribed by the regulations, at the head office of the Department.
