#### 35A Unlawful disclosure of information 35A Unlawful disclosure of information > A person who discloses any information obtained in the administration of this Act is guilty of an offence unless the disclosure— > > > (a) is made with the consent of the person to whom the information relates, or > > > (b) is made in connection with the administration of this Act, or > > > (c) is made for the purpose of legal proceedings arising out of this Act or of any report of any such proceedings, or > > > (d) is made with other lawful excuse. > > Maximum penalty—50 penalty units. > > **s 35A:** Ins 2005 No 53, Sch 1 \[11\].
