#### 19 Manner in which power of entry to be exercised 19 Manner in which power of entry to be exercised > > (1) The powers conferred on a person by this Part may not be exercised in relation to any land unless the occupier of the land has been given at least 24 hours’ notice that those powers are to be exercised. > > > (2) Reasonable force may be used for the purpose of effecting entry under this Part. > > > (3) Entry under this Part may be effected only during daylight hours.
