### 15 Notice of establishment, &c., of permanent mark to public authority charged with maintenance > > (1)  The Surveyor-General shall, where necessary, give notice, in writing, of the establishment, removal, or alteration of any permanent mark to the public authority, committee of management, or body of trustees, as the case requires, charged under this Act with the maintenance thereof. > > > (2)  The Surveyor-General shall give notice, in writing, to the Recorder of Titles of the establishment, removal, or alteration of any permanent mark in any case where he considers that the establishment, removal, or alteration thereof is likely to affect any plan lodged or retained in the office of the Recorder of Titles.
