### 905 Interpretation of Division 4 of Part 35
> In this Division –

> > ***creditor*** means a person at whose instance a writ is issued;

> > ***debtor*** means a person against whose property a writ is to be executed;

> > ***Sheriff*** includes any officer charged with the execution of a writ;
