### 900 Issue of writ of execution > > (1)  A writ of execution is issued when it is sealed with the office seal. > > > (2)  A writ of execution is to bear the date of its issue. > > > (3)  A writ of execution is to be in accordance with any of the prescribed forms, as is appropriate. > > > (4)  A writ of execution for the recovery of money is to be endorsed with a direction to the Sheriff to levy – > > > > > > (a) the money sought to be recovered under the judgment or order, stating the amount; and > > > > > > > (b) any interest on the money sought to be recovered, at the rate at which the judgment amount bears interest.
