> > > (b) [*\[Rule 84 Amended by S.R. 2003, No. 139, Applied:26 Nov 2003\]*](/view/html/inforce/2003-11-26/sr-2003-139#GS7@Hpb@EN) the envelope required under [rule 83(6)](#GS83@Gs6@EN) were to be addressed to the practitioner's address in the document exchange.
