### 834 Disposal of money paid into Court > If money is paid into Court as security for costs for a proceeding and the proceeding is finally disposed of – > > > > (a) if the party by whom the payment was made is adjudged to pay any costs to another party, the money is to be applied in payment of those costs, unless the Court or a judge otherwise orders; and > > > > > (b) on the application of any party, the Principal Registrar is to pay to the party any amount that the Principal Registrar is satisfied that party is entitled to.
