### 780 Powers on removal of proceedings to Court > If an order is made under [section 8(1)](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1987-078#GS8@Gs1@EN) of the Cross-vesting Act for the removal of a proceeding from a court or tribunal to the Court, the Court may give any directions that could have been given by that court or tribunal in relation to that proceeding.
