78 Requirements for documents

Any document filed, delivered or otherwise used in connection with any proceeding is –

(a) [Rule 78 Amended by S.R. 2001, No. 100, Applied:12 Sep 2001] to be printed on A4 paper with a space of not less than 4 millimetres between the lines; and

(b) not to be a carbon copy; and

(c) [Rule 78 Amended by S.R. 2012, No. 90, Applied:17 Oct 2012] .  .  .  .  .  .  .  .  

(d) to have an inner margin of about 25 millimetres in width and an outer margin of about 19 millimetres in width; and

(e) not to be handwritten, except by leave of a registrar.
