> > (1) If a respondent to an application under the [Judicial Review Act 2000](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-2000-054) has provided –

> > > > (a) a written decision; or
> > >
> > > > (b) written reasons for a decision; or
> > >
> > > > (c) a statement in accordance with [Part 5](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-2000-054#HP5@EN) of that Act; or
> > >
> > > > (d) a transcript of a decision given orally; or
> > >
> > > > (e) a transcript of reasons given orally for a decision –

> > the applicant is to file a copy of any such document, verified by affidavit, at the time of filing the application or as soon as practicable afterwards.
