774D Application for referral to arbitration – article 8 of Model Law
[Rule 774D Inserted by S.R. 2015, No. 91, Applied:16 Dec 2015] An application under article 8 of the Model Law to refer parties to arbitration must be accompanied by –
(a) a copy of the arbitration agreement; and
(b) an affidavit stating the material facts on which the application for relief is based.
