### 774C Application to enforce foreign award > [*\[Rule 774C Inserted by S.R. 2015, No. 91, Applied:16 Dec 2015\]*](/view/html/inforce/2015-12-16/sr-2015-091#GS6@EN) An application under section 8(2) of the International Arbitration Act to enforce a foreign award must be accompanied by – > > > > (a) the documents referred to in section 9 of the International Arbitration Act; and > > > > > (b) an affidavit stating – > > > > > > > > (i) the extent to which the foreign award has not been complied with, at the date the application is made; and > > > > > > > > > (ii) the usual or last-known place of residence or business of the person against whom it is sought to enforce the foreign award or, if the person is a company, the last-known registered office of the company.
