774B Application for stay and referral to arbitration – foreign arbitration agreements
[Rule 774B Inserted by S.R. 2015, No. 91, Applied:16 Dec 2015] An application under section 7 of the International Arbitration Act to stay the whole, or part, of a proceeding and to refer the parties to arbitration must be accompanied by –
(a) a copy of the arbitration agreement; and
(b) an affidavit stating the material facts on which the application for relief is based.
