[Rule 774A Inserted by S.R. 2015, No. 91, Applied:16 Dec 2015] A party to a proceeding to which this Subdivision applies who seeks to rely on a document that is not in the English language must provide a certified English translation of the document –
(a) to the Court; and
(b) to any other party to the proceedings.
