[Rule 772D Inserted by S.R. 2015, No. 91, Applied:16 Dec 2015] An application for relief under section 11(3) , 11(4) , 13(4), 14, 16(9), 17H, 17I, 17J, 19(6) or 27 of the Commercial Arbitration Act must be accompanied by an affidavit stating the material facts on which the application for relief is based.
