771 Interpretation

(1) In this Subdivision –
arbitration means an arbitration to which the Commercial Arbitration Act applies;
Commercial Arbitration Act means the Commercial Arbitration Act 2011 .
(2) Unless the contrary intention appears, expressions used in this Subdivision have the same meaning as in the Commercial Arbitration Act.
